Dr. Angyal Judit graduated from Semmelweis University in Budapest and got her medical degree in 2009. She contributed her research in paediatric ophthalmology at the students´scientific association and picked the same theme for her degree work too.

She began to work as an ophthalmologist resident at the Semmelweis University Eye Clinic in Tömö utca in Budapest. After two years of residency in Hungary, from 2012 she continued to work in Aurelios Augenzentrum Recklinghausen, Germany, lead by Prof. Dr. Scharioth Gabor. She absolved her ophthalmologist specialty examination in Münster, Germany in 2015, followed by the European Board of Ophthalmology examination in Paris.

As one of the leading senior ophthalmologists in Recklinghausen, she took an important role of patient treatment in the clinic ambulance and also coordinated and helped younger collegues. During 12 years in Germany she gained a complex knowledge of the operation technics performed by Prof. Dr. Scharioth.
